- Place cookies and crackers into the bowl of a food processor and pulse until a fine and mealy texture is produced. Pour mixture onto a shallow dish.
- In another shallow dish whisk together the Bolthouse Farms® Vanilla Chai Tea, eggs and brown sugar.
- Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture until fully soaked. Then dredge each slice of bread into the cookie-cracker mixture until each slice is fully coated.
- Melt 3 tablespoons of butter into a skillet, over medium heat. Once the butter has melted and the skillet is hot, add two slices of coated bread to the skillet and fry on each side for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer French toast onto serving plates and repeat with remaining butter and coated bread. 6. Serve French toast with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
