Preheat oven to 350℉ and spray 8 wide-mouth half pint glass jars with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, beat butter, banana, and sugar until fluffy, then beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in flour, baking powder, and salt alternating with Bolthouse FarmsⓇ Strawberry Banana smoothie until combined.
Divide batter between jars and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 20-25 minutes. Cool completely.
Meanwhile, make the banana cream. In a medium saucepan whisk together sugar and cornstarch. Gradually whisk in milk. Place the pan over medium heat and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Cook until thickened, then remove from the heat. Whisk in banana and vanilla. Set aside.
For chocolate sauce, in a small saucepan heat cream to a rolling boil. Remove from the heat and whisk in chocolate until melted and smooth.
Once cakes are cooled, top with layers of sliced strawberries, banana cream, and sliced bananas. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
