- Preheat oven to 350℉ and spray 8 wide-mouth half pint glass jars with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, banana, and sugar until fluffy, then beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in flour, baking powder, and salt alternating with Bolthouse FarmsⓇ Strawberry Banana smoothie until combined.
- Divide batter between jars and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 20-25 minutes. Cool completely.
- Meanwhile, make the banana cream. In a medium saucepan whisk together sugar and cornstarch. Gradually whisk in milk. Place the pan over medium heat and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Cook until thickened, then remove from the heat. Whisk in banana and vanilla. Set aside.
- For chocolate sauce, in a small saucepan heat cream to a rolling boil. Remove from the heat and whisk in chocolate until melted and smooth.
- Once cakes are cooled, top with layers of sliced strawberries, banana cream, and sliced bananas. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
