Kale Salad with Almond Butter Crusted Chicken

A simple, yet delicious kale salad featuring our Organic Caesar Vinaigrette.

Preparation

  1. Toss kale, pomegranate and carrots in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with Bolthouse Farms® Organic Caesar Vinaigrette and massage into kale.
  3. Top with sliced Almond Butter Crusted Chicken and croutons.
  4. Enjoy!

  • 2 Cups Kale, washed and dried 
  • 1/4 Cup Pomegranate Arils 
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Carrots

  • Croutons (we used Cheddar Parmesan Brazi Bites) 
  • Justin’s Almond Butter Crusted Chicken, sliced
