Bacon Caesar Potato Salad

A creative twist on a classic comfort food featuring our lower calorie Bolthouse Farms® Creamy Caesar Dressing


  1. Add potatoes and salt to a large pot. Add cool water to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain well. When cool enough to handle, roughly chop.
  2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with dressing, celery, scallions, parsley, and bacon.


  • 2 ½-3 pounds red-skinned or gold potatoes, quartered
