This alternative to fried French fries combines the goodness of avocados with Bolthouse Farms® Salsa Ranch dressing which combines the creamy goodness of traditonal ranch with the jalapeno zing we love.
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Pour 1 tablespoon oil in sheet tray or baking sheet and set aside
Squeeze fresh lime juice on avocado slices
Season with salt and pepper
Dip each avocado slice in flour, then dip in egg and coat in panko breadcrumbs
Place avocado slices in a single layer on the baking sheet
Drizzle with the remaining olive
Bake for 15 minutes or until the avocados are golden and crispy.
