Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Feta

  • 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 medium onion, cut into ¾” wedges and separated
  • ⅓ cup Bolthouse Farms® Classic Balsamic vinaigrette dressing, plus more for serving
  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup roasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 425℉.
  2. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, toss together Brussels sprouts, onion, and dressing and distribute in an even layer.
  3. Roast until tender and caramelized, about 15 minutes.
  4. Transfer Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl, and top with feta, cranberries, and hazelnuts. Drizzle with more dressing to taste.
