Tofu Sesame Wunderbowl

Wunderoots™ Sesame Garlic Sizzle Riced Carrots Topped with Tofu, Roasted Broccoli, & Napa Cabbage with Toasted Sesame Seeds & Chopped Fresh Cilantro

Preparation

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of oil to a hot non-stick pan. Add broccoli and stir for 3 minutes until it becomes bright green and crispy on the edges. Add tofu to pan and cook for another 5 minutes. Set broccoli and tofu mixture aside.
  2. Prepare Wunderoots™ Sesame Garlic Sizzle Riced Carrots according to package instructions, adding napa cabbage, broccoli and tofu to the pan with the Sesame Garlic sauce. Bring just to a simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside to keep warm.
  3. Serve Tofu Sesame Garlic Riced Bowl on a plate and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped cilantro. Serve immediately. Can be served in individual portions or family style.

  • 3 teaspoons canola oil, separated
  • 1 ½ cups firm tofu, drained of liquid and diced
  • 2 cups broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 2 cups napa cabbage, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, fresh chopped
