BACK-TO-SUMMER ENTERTAINING APPETIZER
By Ross Mathews in collaboration with Bolthouse Farms

There’s nothing better than a warm day with friends devouring delicious hot wings dipped into even more delicious sauces! I love sauces so much, my friends call me “Sauce Mathews”! And now I’ve cracked the code on how to chow down on wings and still fit into your jeans!

Preparation

  1. Slice chicken breasts (against the grain) into half-inch thick strips. Place on a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper (or nonstick tinfoil). Spray with olive oil cooking spray and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 for roughly 20-25 minutes (or until cooked through).

  1. While the chicken is cooking, set up your sauces. The more sauces the better! My personal favorites are from Bolthouse Farms – they have Ranch, Blue Cheese, Honey Mustard, BBQ Ranch AND you can even enhance some of these already delicious dips and express yourself! Here’s what I like to make. I mix 3 parts Bolthouse Farms Ranch with 1 part Hot Wing Sauce for an irresistible Hot Wing Ranch!
