Strawberry Waldorf Flatbread

This Strawberry Waldorf Flatbread toggels the line between sweet and savory and with Bolthouse Farms® Organic Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing it’s just as delicious as it is good for you!


  1. Prepare a medium grill fire or heat a grill pan over medium heat until hot. Brush chicken with 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill, flipping occasionally, until cooked through and browned on both sides, about 10 minutes per side. Let cool completely and dice.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss together grilled chicken, strawberries, raisins, fennel, and dressing. Set aside.
  3. Stretch dough into an irregular oval shape and brush the top with oil. Lightly brush grill grate with oil and place dough on grill. Cook until browned on the bottom, about 2 minutes. Flip with tongs and grill second side until browned, about 1½-2 minutes more.
  4. To serve, top flatbread with chicken salad mixture.


  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about ½ pound)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup golden raisins
  • 1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced
