- Pan-fry or grill Wunderoots™ Chorizo Style Carrot Dogs according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté corn on high heat until blistered for 5 minutes, stirring often. Take off stove and add red onion, green chiles, red bell pepper, lime juice, cumin, salt and black pepper.
- Assemble by topping with roasted corn and green chile salsa, pickled jalapenos and a drizzle of sour cream.
