Six Ingredient Waffles

A quick and delicious Six Ingredient waffle recipe featuring Bolthouse Farms® Vanilla Plant Protein Milk.

Preparation

  1. Preheat your waffle iron. 
  2. Add apple cider vinegar to Vanilla Plant Protein Milk in a small bowl and set aside.  
  3. Combine flour and baking soda in a large bowl.  
  4. Add melted coconut oil and vanilla extract to your milk mixture and stir well. Pour liquid ingredients into bowl of dry ingredients and stir until just combined.  
  5. Cook waffles according to your waffle iron instructions.  
  6. Top with maple syrup and fruit and enjoy!!
