- Preheat your waffle iron.
- Add apple cider vinegar to Vanilla Plant Protein Milk in a small bowl and set aside.
- Combine flour and baking soda in a large bowl.
- Add melted coconut oil and vanilla extract to your milk mixture and stir well. Pour liquid ingredients into bowl of dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Cook waffles according to your waffle iron instructions.
- Top with maple syrup and fruit and enjoy!!
