- Cook Wunderoots™ Thai Basil Takeout Noodled Carrots according to the microwave package directions.
- Soak cooked carrot noodles in ice water to quickly chill, drain, and pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, add chilled carrot noodles, cabbage, mango, red onion, mint, cashews, sesame seeds, and sauce packet. Mix to combine.
- Divide the carrot noodle mixture among 2 plates. Garnish with cilantro and chopped cashews, if desired.
Additional proteins (such as grilled chicken, shrimp, or fish fillet) can be added on top of salad.
