Chicken-Fried Wunder Rice

Wunderoots™ Sesame Garlic Sizzle Riced Carrots sautéed with chicken breast, onion, red pepper, green peas, and sesame seeds. Finished with a fried egg, sliced green onion, and chopped cilantro.


  1. Cook Wunderoots™ Sesame Garlic Sizzle Riced Carrots according to the package directions, adding yellow onion, bell pepper, peas, chicken, and ginger to the pan along with the carrots.
  2. Add the sauce packet to the carrot mixture off the heat then add lime juice and sesame seeds. Mix to combine.
  3. Heat a separate nonstick pan over medium heat. When hot, add cooking oil and crack eggs into the pan without breaking the yolk. Reduce heat to low and cook until the egg white is set.
  4. Divide the carrot mixture among 4 plates and top each serving with one cooked egg.

Garnish (optional):
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

  • ½ each medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1 each red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 each medium chicken breasts, diced, fully cooked
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 4 eggs prepared per your preference over-easy or sunny-side up
