Bartlett Pear & Endive Salad with Candied Pecans

This Bartlett Pear & Endive Salad recipe combines sweet ingredients with our rich, creamy Organic Signature Blue Cheese dressing to make a flavorful salad that is sure to please.


  1. Wash & Dry Lettuces
  2. Combine lettuces, radish, match stick pear, blue cheese crumbles in a bowl.
  3. Lightly dress salad & adjust seasoning with sea salt & cracked black pepper.
  4. Plate and garnish with remaining pear halve & candied pecans.


  • ½ head Belgium Endive; tops reserved for garnish, whites finely shredded for salad
  • 1 bu. Living Mache Greens
  • ½ head  Frisee Lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
  • 2 tbsp. Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • ¼ c. Candied Pecans or Walnuts
  • 1 ea. Breakfast Radish, sliced thin
  • 1 ea. Red Bartlett Pear, core removed; ½ reserved for garnish, ½ cut into bite size match sticks
