Spinach Cranberry Salad

Craving something light and simple but delicious? Toss this simple Spinach Cranberry Salad with Bolthouse Farms® Organic Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Preparation

  1. Rinse Baby Spinach and set aside.
  2. Cook Quinoa per instructions. Let cool or use warm.
  3. Slice Green Apple into think 1 inch pieces.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Toss with Bolthouse Farms® Organic Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette.
  6. Serve + Enjoy.
