Kale Caesar Salad

Take your Kale Caesar Salad to the next level with this recipe featuring Bolthouse Farms® Organic Caesar Vinagrette dressing.

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl toss the kale with the dressing and let stand for 3-5 minutes or until the greens slightly soften.
  2. Taste & adjust seasoning with Salt & Pepper
  3. Fold in Grilled Artichokes & cubed croutons
  4. Plate & garnish with grilled lemon slices, shaved parmesan and remaining ½  of grilled bruschetta

Ingredients

  • ½ bu. Curly Kale, washed, dried, ribs removed, torn or shredded into bite sized pieces
  • 1/8 c. Parmesan Reggiano, shaved
  • 1 ea. Lemon, sliced & grilled
  • 1 slice Foccacia or Ciabatta Bread, brushed with EVOO & Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper (cut ½ into small cubes and reserve the other ½ for garnish)
  • 3-4 tbsp. Bolthouse Farms® Organic Caesar Vinaigrette Dressing
