- 1 Bunch of Asparagus, remove ends, cut into thirds and blanch
- 1 Cup of Grape Tomatoes, cut length wise
- 1 Bunch of Radishes, cut into paper thin circles
- 1 Bunch of Chives, small dice

- Begin by separating the butter lettuce leaves and rinsing them. Lay the butter lettuce leaves down flat and fill each butter leaf cup with the following ingredients in this order:
- 3 pieces of blanched asparagus
- 2 slices of avocado
- 2 halved tomatoes
- 4 slices of radishes
- Pinch of chives.
