Caesar Butter Lettuce Cups

Make these snack sized Caesar Butter Lettuce Cups with Bolthouse Farms® Organic Caesar Vinaigrette
as a quick and delicious appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 Head of Butter Lettuce, rinse and separated
  • 1 Bunch of Asparagus, remove ends, cut into thirds and blanch
  • 1 Cup of Grape Tomatoes, cut length wise
  • 1 Bunch of Radishes, cut into paper thin circles
  • 1 Bunch of Chives, small dice
  • 1 Avocado, sliced into thin strips Bolthouse Farms® Organic Caesar Dressing

Preparation

  1. Begin by separating the butter lettuce leaves and rinsing them. Lay the butter lettuce leaves down flat and fill each butter leaf cup with the following ingredients in this order:
  2. 3 pieces of blanched asparagus
  3. 2 slices of avocado
  4. 2 halved tomatoes
  5. 4 slices of radishes
  6. Pinch of chives.
