Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

An easy breakfast recipe that can be made at night and be ready for you to eat come morning.  

Preparation

  1. Put oats and Bolthouse Farms® Vanilla Plant Protein Milk in a bowl and stir to combine. 
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well until combined. 
  3. Pour mixture into a mason jar or other container, cover and refrigerate overnight or at least four hours.  
  4. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bolthouse Farms® Vanilla Plant Protein Milk 
  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 
  • 1 medium apple, diced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
  • ¼ cup walnut halves (optional)
