Carrot Recipes
Braised Carrots w/ Onions!
Sauté onions in oil until tender, 4 to 6 minutes. Add chicken broth, cover and simmer 6 minutes. Add carrots and thyme. Simmer (covered) 6 to 10 minutes, until carrots are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 4.

• 2 medium onions, thinly sliced • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or vegetable oil) • 3/4 cup chicken broth • 1 10-ounce package MATCHSTIX® Carrots • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
