Clementine tangerines are only harvested a few months out of each year and at Bolthouse FarmsŪ we look forward to this special season. Our Clementine groves are located in the southern San Joaquin Valley growing region of California, known worldwide for producing the finest produce.
The Clementine are quickly picked, peeled and squeezed all in the same day, which allows us to wait until the ideal moment to harvest, ensuring the fruit are at their peak ripeness and flavor. We then delicately flash pasteurize and use our proprietary bottling process specifically designed to ensure the Clementine keeps its fresh taste and the highest nutritional value possible (including natural Vitamin C, Potassium, and Calcium).
