Lemon/ Passion Fruit Bundt Cake   • 1 Lemon Cake Mix   • 1 Sm. Box of Instant Lemon Pudding   • 3/4 cup oil   • 1/4 cup Sugar   • 4 eggs   • 11 oz. Bolthouse Farms Passion Fruit Apple Carrot Juice   • Mix all ingredients. Spray bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350º degrees for 60 minutes. (Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean). Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Invert over serving plate.   • Very moist cake.
