Orange Gelatin with Custard Sauce!

  • Soak 1 tablespoon gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
  • Dissolve it in 1/2 cup boiling water.
  • Add and stir until dissolved 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

  • Add:
    6 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 1/2 cups Bolthouse Farms 100% Orange Juice

  • Pour all into a wet mold and chill for at least 4 hours.

  • Unmold and serve with custard sauce.
