Honey Mustard Glazed Carrots

Simmer carrots in water (about 1 cup) until crisp-tender, 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain.
Blend mustard with melted butter and stir in honey.
Toss carrots in butter mixture until evenly coated.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.

  • 1 10-ounce package MATCHSTIX® Carrots
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • Add the sauce from the roasting pan and cook 4 minutes, then add:
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Serves 3 to 4. This recipe is microwaveable.
